Common questions

A page did not capture completely.
Very long pages capture up to 80,000 pixels tall, and pages over about 16,000 pixels tall are split into numbered parts. Infinite feeds capture what has loaded.

Some content is missing or blank.
Increase the extra loading delay in Settings so lazy-loaded images finish before each frame is taken.

It will not run on this page.
Chrome blocks extensions on its own pages and the Web Store. Any normal website works.

Where do my screenshots go?
Straight to your Downloads folder. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; Shotfold makes no network requests.

How do I report a bug?
Email support@shotfold.com with the page address and what you expected. Screenshots of the problem help.
